Three Sure Fire Ways to Get Back Pain
With the prevalence of back pain present in the population and the plethora of information and treatments available to avoid back pain, it seems that back pain is something that people really want.
To satisfy this desire I present three things you must do to get back pain.
1. Sit. Sit at breakfast. Sit during the drive to work (the farther the better). Sit at work at your desk and at meetings. Sit at lunch. More sitting at meetings and at your desk. Now sit for the long drive home. Sit at dinner and since you have been sitting so much you must be exhausted so sit the rest of the night watching TV, while drinking beer or mixed drinks then when you can't take it any more go lie down. Repeat daily. 2. Smoke. Each and every day your body goes through a breakdown and repair cycle. Smoking ensures that the process is not of quality or quantity. The chemicals in cigarette smoke break down the connective tissue in your body so healing or repair is compromised. This will help your back to flare-up and/or go out so you can have back pain. And smoking makes sure that any help to repair the area is also compromised 3. Eat. Eat lots of food that is high in animal protein and fat. Alcohol accelerates the process. Minimizing fruits and vegetables will assist your body in NOT repairing itself and those antioxidants in fruits and vegetables won't interfere in the destruction process. Plus you'll put on plenty of extra weight to help stress out the structures that support you. If you avoid exercise, you will gain weight faster and you will slow down your metabolism. This will also help to store more fat.
It is pretty simple really. Be consistent in these three areas and you will get back pain. Lots of it and what is even more exciting it will surprise you when it shows up.
When it shows up you will come to me or one of my fine colleagues asking for help. "Get rid of this pain!" We will gladly oblige you and try to help. In fact we may say things you do not want to hear that goes against what you have been trying to do.
So make sure you don't follow our advice and do not change your habits to ensure a lifetime of back pain and other illnesses associated with sedentary lifestyle, smoking and over eating.
