Builder or Destroyer

In nature there is no neutral. You are either going forward or backward, growing or dying.
In health you are either building or destroying health. It is natural over time for us to "wear out." How fast that happens depends on a variety of things.
Your habits and/or lifestyle have a lot to do with what directions you are heading. Good nutrition, exercise, rest, posture, attitude and alignment can build health, Poor diet, lack of exercise, smoking, excess alcohol, fatigue, poor posture, drugs, air pollution, electro-pollution, and a negative attitude can destroy health.
Have you taken time to look in which direction you are heading and what you are doing? Usually this is done after an injury or sickness that jolts us back into reality. The problem is that the little things we ignore or the things we do to our body on a regular basis are not a problem, yet.
They do have a habit of creeping up on us and when we least expect it, wham! We are in crisis. In retrospect we can see it building and it showing up. Why can't we see it while it is happening, the destroying of health?
We all know what we should be doing. Good health habits are easy to do but easy not to do. One day won't matter. But it does.
Make 2009 the year you really take a hard look at what you are doing. Are you building or destroying health. Get checked to see what is happening and head off the crisis and move in a better direction. You can do it, and it is up to you.
